I direct TOWER to apply the TOWER Cash 4 Schools donation to the above nominated school.

I understand that as an existing member of TOWER KiwiSaver Scheme, the only donation payable by TOWER to my nominated school is the ongoing donation equivalent to 0.05% pa of the value of my investment.

I understand that the ongoing donation payment is paid by TOWER and does not come out of my TOWER KiwiSaver Scheme account.

I acknowledge that TOWER at its discretion may change the terms and conditions of the TOWER Cash 4 Schools programme.
